Westchester County

  • On Saturday, Jan. 4, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Billy J. Batalla Fuentes, 26, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Jan. 5, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Daniel A. Jimenez, 38, of Tarrytown, for DWAI Drugs and Alcohol. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Friday, Jan. 3, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Steven Peter, 60, of Beekman, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 82 in the town of Union Vale, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Friday, Jan. 3, State Police from Wappinger arrested Dale J. Elmendorf, 22, of Wappinger, for DWI. He was traveling on Myer’s Corners Road in the town of Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Jan. 5, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Rebecca M. Amyotte, 26, of LaGrange, for DWI. She was traveling on Noxon Road in the town of Lagrange, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Putnam County

  • On Saturday, Jan. 4, State Police from Somers arrested Gerardo N. Marquez, 23, of Patterson, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Salem when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Orange County

  • On Jan. 5, State Police from Stormville arrested Mario Lucerovergel, 39, of Newburgh, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Jan. 5, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Jamel L. Bailey, 22, of New Windsor, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Jan. 5, State Police from Brewster arrested Manuel G. Sanango, 37, of Danbury, for DWI with a prior conviction within ten years, a class E felony. He was traveling on Danbury Road in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
